• Socks Collection: We strive to display the colors and images of our socks as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
• Stock: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Payments (Cash on Delivery)

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the contact information provided is invalid.
• COD Policy: For Cash on Delivery (COD), you are obligated to pay the full amount to the rider at the time of delivery. Refusing a delivery without a valid reason may result in your address being blacklisted for future orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan using third-party courier services.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. ComfyOut is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
• As per our shipping policy, orders over 1500 PKR qualify for Free Shipping. Orders below this amount will incur a standard shipping fee.

5. Returns and Refunds

Your use of our services is also governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Since socks are hygiene-sensitive items, returns are only accepted within 3 days if the product is unused and in original packaging.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
